Welcome to Le Travel Sac! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, www.letravelsac.com (the "Site"), and the purchase and use of our products and services. By accessing our Site or purchasing our products, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Site and we wish you happy travels wherever you go!
1. General Terms
1.1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use this Site and make purchases.
1.2. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting to the Site. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
1.3. Privacy Policy: Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect and use your data. Our Privacy Policy can be accessed on our Home Page.
2. Orders and Payments
2.1. Product Availability: All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue or limit the availability of any item at any time. Many of our Products are sold by Partners and we declare that we offer no guarantees for product availability, quality, shipping, or misinformation stated by other manufacturers, vendors or brands.
2.2. Pricing: Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors or incorrect pricing.
2.3. Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as listed on our Site. Payment must be completed before an order is processed and shipped.
2.4. Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud or pricing errors. If your order is canceled, you will receive a refund.
3. Shipping and Returns
3.1. Shipping: We ship to many markets worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by fulfillment partners, carriers or customs.
3.2. Returns and Exchanges: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. Please ensure that you check the actual shipper, shipping location and return location for your order. Not all products will ship directly from Le Travel Sac and we cannot physically accept returns from Fulfillment Partners at our Headquarters address.
3.3. Refunds: Customers are kindly asked to communicate your intent to make a return prior to initiating a return. Without prior communication by email, all returns and refunds will not be possible. Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item and/or confirmation from the Fulfillment Partner that the order is in suitable quality for resale. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return costs are paid by the customer.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1. Ownership: All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, and product designs, is owned by Le Travel Sac and protected by intellectual property laws. Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.
4.2. Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content from this Site without our written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1. No Warranties: We provide our products and services and those of our marketing, affiliate and fulfillment partners "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
5.2. Liability Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Le Travel Sac is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our Site or products.
6. Governing Law
6.1. Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
