We hope you are happy with your purchases. If your product did not meet your expectations, please contact the shipper of your product to inquire about the possibility of a return.

General return rules summary for Le Travel Sac: 

• Returns accepted for 7 days on qualified products
• Customer provides return shipping label and pays for return
• 15% restocking fee
• Currently, all of our Collections/Categories contain final sale items and can't be returned.

• If you purchased a product directly from our site, thank you, and please inquire about making the return within 7 days so that we can try to help you promptly.
