As an affiliate marketing site and dropshipper for many name brands worldwide, shipping times and policies will vary depending on the seller. Below, we outline what you can expect when purchasing products through our site, including orders fulfilled directly by Le Travel Sac.
1. Orders Fulfilled by Affiliate Partners
Most of the products featured on our website are shipped directly by our affiliate partners. When you click on a product link and complete your purchase through a third-party retailer, their shipping policies and timelines will apply. Please refer to their shipping details at checkout or contact the seller directly for any inquiries.
2. Orders Fulfilled by Le Travel Sac
While most products are shipped by our partners, we occasionally stock and ship our own products. For orders fulfilled directly by Le Travel Sac, the following shipping terms apply:
- Processing Time: Orders will be processed and shipped within 5 business days of purchase. Additional time may be required for custom purchases or items on backorder. We will endeavor to do our best to inform you in advance of long shipping times and/or changes in your products’ expected arrival time at your location.
- Shipping Options: At checkout, customers can select from available shipping methods, which will determine the estimated arrival time.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs vary based on the selected method and destination. Fees will be displayed at checkout.
- International Shipping: We offer international shipping on select products. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by their country.
3. Tracking and Delivery
- Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details (when available).

- Le Travel Sac Orders: For items shipped directly by Le Travel Sac, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part. Customers must contact Le Travel Sac by email prior to initiating a return of any item to ensure that the right procedures are followed.
- Refunds: Refunds for eligible returns will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
